Are you a Match?
Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:

  • 3 years of clerical and data entry experience in an accounts receivable or accounts payable transactional capacity at a mid-sized company.
  • Solid collections and analytical skills on large and small customers.
  • Ability to handle high volumes, difficult situations, and make effective decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent Excel, Outlook, PDF editing, computer data entry, and 10key proficiency, as well as the ability to quickly gain necessary skills and learn new software programs.
  • Detailoriented with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and followup skills.
  • Selfstarter and individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated mathematical and accounting aptitude and function.
  • High school education or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty of all positions at Roberts Oxygen.
  • Experience with FACTS or Billtrust Cash Application a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • If selected, ability to pass preemployment screenings.
