Aramark is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash receipts, processing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash receipts and apply open cash and credits on account
  • Manage and collect allocated allowances
  • Participate in month and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable
  • Provide backup for the administration of the Supplier Invoice Portal and the allowance billing mailbox
  • Log and manage eRM support incidents as needed
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and accounting software
