About the Position:- This role is available at either the Senior Healthcare Risk Adjustment Analyst level or the Principal Healthcare Risk Adjustment Analyst level, depending on the candidate's skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Risk Adjustment, an organization focused on maximizing risk adjustment revenue by closing coding and care delivery gaps across Blue Cross Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange populations. Responsibilities include utilizing business intelligence and analytics to enhance risk adjustment outcomes for these populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERA Program Analytics: Focus on identifying the right members, types of coding and care gaps, achievement evaluation, identifying opportunities, and determining the value of these opportunities.
- Intervention and Pilot Test Analytics: Provide analytic and measurement support for designing and evaluating pilot tests/interventions to improve outcomes.
- Provider-Focused Analytics: Analyze provider performance on coding and care delivery gaps to facilitate provider coaching.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in statistical software and computer programming, proficiency in Microsoft applications, ability to interpret and communicate analytical information clearly, and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree, and knowledge of managed care and health care claims.
