Job Description:

Experience in Equipment & Asset Finance in Leasing & Hire Purchase businesses at banks/Finance providers

Ideal with Motor Finance/Equipment finance background

Fleet/Inventory finance exposure with large Finance providers like GM Financial, Reliance Trust, TD Auto Finance

Desirable exposure in Heavy equipment/Chattel/Luxury equipment financing

Experience in comprehensive commercial lending, trading, payments, loan restructuring, distressed trades, regulatory and compliance reporting, guarantees, collateral management or working with products like Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS, and Tradeworks

Experience with Agile methodology, managing scrum calls, and consulting with business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog around business value

Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs of business stakeholders, as well as engaging with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and validate requirements

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, collaborate effectively, and work well with technical and non-technical resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and drive solutions meeting time-sensitive delivery commitments
  • Working knowledge of Commercial Lending
