Responsibilities:

  • Operate motor graders to perform precise grading and leveling of construction sites, including roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Perform routine pre-and-post-operation equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Collaborate with the project team, including supervisors and fellow operators, to determine the required grade and slope specifications.
  • Utilize hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication tools to coordinate with ground personnel during grading operations.
  • Safely navigate the motor grader on various terrains, maintaining control and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work completed, hours worked, and any incidents or accidents.
