About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Zaxby's. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Zaxby's team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
