CUSTOMER SERVICE/DISPATCH COORDINATOR to join our Moving and Storage team. We're a small group and this person must be able to wear many hats. This role is split between customer service, dispatching, and coordinating office duties.
You will be the first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries, assisting management with dispatching and scheduling, and general work flow of daily office duties.
Will be a great fit for someone with experience working for a moving company, coordinator, dispatcher, in logistics or similar industry role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (fluent English/Spanish) and 1year moving or related industry experience.
- Experience in dispatching, trucks logistics, scheduling, office coordinating
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, CRM, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customerfocused, strong resolution & problem solving.
- Ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations with composure.
- Excellent time management, organization, and followthrough skills.
- Punctual and dependable to show up to work daily.
- Must have flexibility to work some early mornings, late evenings, and Saturdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee customer service inquiries regarding the moving & storage.
- Oversee dispatching, scheduling, customer service, admin efforts.
- Keep accounts payable/receivables, and storage billing current.
- Facilitate claims process, schedule vendors, and third parties services.
- Ensure customer job requests are clearly communicated to moving crews daily.
- Enter crew hours, dispatch updates, new hire documentation.
- Confirm jobs, scheduling updates, keep customer accounts updated.
- Additional duties may vary according to business necessity.

$14.00 per hour
