Partnering with carriers, vendors and customers, your team will contribute to Plastipak's ranking as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of rigid plastic containers.

You Will:

  • Manage a team of 40+ associates to achieve best possible outcomes for customers; including oversight of complete and on-time delivery, minimal days on hand, logistics and warehouse costs, inventory accuracy and shrinkage.
  • Maintain the Finished Goods Management Program, providing for the movement and storage of finished goods.
  • Strategically plan productions schedules and line utilization to ensure production schedules meet forecasts, business demand plans and deadlines.
  • Review and revise product Mater Data for planning, scheduling and warehousing.
  • Perform monthly cycles of Supply Network Planning, publishing results to the leadership team.
  • Maintain communication with internal colleagues, customers and carriers.
  • Uphold and contribute to our positive work environment where safety, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience leading supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with high-profile customers and vendors.
  • ERP system proficiency; SAP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers, management, and vendor representatives.
