As a key member of the Program Support team, you will collaborate with IT, Marketing, Call Center, and Operations to support various market segments including Residential, Small Business, and Builder/Multi-Family.


Responsibilities:
Maintain product and price updates across online sales channels, ensuring accuracy and error-free content.
Act as a business liaison with IT for troubleshooting and resolving system and web asset issues.
Monitor application performance and errors using various reporting tools.
Perform troubleshooting to identify data and code issues and support IT in making necessary repairs.
Provide application testing support, including unit and regression testing, and assist with monthly code releases.
Utilize automation tools to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance speed to market.
Communicate transparently and timely via project dashboards, status reports, and metrics.
Manage incoming requests within the teams workflow management system.
Develop deep expertise in essential operational tools and processes.
Monitor and respond to vital operational metrics to ensure superior performance.
Deliver regular status updates to key stakeholders.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues promptly.
Design, implement, and manage robust processes and database solutions for new business activities.
Evaluate existing operational processes to ensure appropriate controls and maintain process documentation.
Continuously improve Program Support processes through system and process automation.
Develop documentation and business requirements for new marketing and operational capabilities.
Execute User Acceptance Testing scripts for new capabilities.
Facilitate cross-functional team discussions to develop timelines for campaigns, product development, and project delivery.
Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver projects, enhancements, and production fixes.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of professional experience required.
1-2 years related experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting preferred.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Working knowledge of Tridion CMS and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with process automation, such as RPA.
Proficiency in SQL querying.
Knowledge of retail competition and customer protection rules.
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), including creating process maps and user flows.
Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
Familiarity with relational database concepts and HTML.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project).
