The role of Marketing Operations Manager involves planning and implementing business processes and marketing tools to drive scale and optimization within the Central Employer Brand team at Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing business processes, implementing marketing tools, and driving continuous improvement projects across a marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to identify needs for new tools and process improvements

  • Interface with Global Lead Management to address lead flow issues
  • Translate strategic questions into projects with relevant success metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using data and metrics for improvements

  • 6+ years of professional marketing operations experience
  • Effective communication with business and technical teams
  • Managing end-to-end marketing tool and process change projects

  • Highly organized with a track record in program management
