Position Description:
Corporate Actions play a vital role at PIMCO, overseeing the processing of all mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for clients. This position involves collaborating with various internal teams to manage the lifecycle of voluntary events such as tenders, exchanges, consent solicitations, and more.

Newport Beach, CA or Austin, TX

Responsibilities:
Key duties include:
  • Thorough completion of all voluntary corporate action events
  • Review of class action litigation materials
  • Collaboration with internal teams for effective event processing
  • Monitoring and review of default securities notifications

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate actions
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and asset classes
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel, and financial service data vendors
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, and Python a plus

Compensation:
PIMCO offers a competitive salary range from $100,000 to $112,500, along with a discretionary bonus based on performance.
