Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
  • Conducting legal research and due diligence across various aspects of corporate law.
  • Maintaining corporate records and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinating with external legal advisors on diverse legal issues.
  • Supporting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing activities.
  • Preparing and reviewing materials related to corporate governance.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the legal department.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally within a corporate legal environment.
  • Experience in contract management and corporate governance is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate law and legal processes.
  • Strong research and report-writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
