POSITION PURPOSE

The **Territory Sales Manager** plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring market competitiveness for the company. Trusted by our customers, Territory Sales Managers deliver valuable product information and support for superior results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

ACHIEVES ALL TARGET GOALS FOR THE TERRITORY

  • Consistently meet sales quotas at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling our full product portfolio
CULTIVATES RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, IDN AND ACUTE CARE ENTITIES
  • Manage sales activities with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN's) and dealers to drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with key distribution organizations
PARTNERS INTERNALLY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERS
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSL's) to support regional business objectives
  • Work with various departments to address opportunities and challenges
REPORTING / ANALYSIS OF PERTINENT SALES RESULTS
  • Document sales activity promptly
  • Provide competitive information for analysis
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales forecasts and other relevant data
CHAMPIONS INFECTION PREVENTION OPPORTUNITIES IN ALL ENDEAVORS
  • Complete education modules and webinars on PDI University
  • Engage in local strategic partners meetings

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
  • Understanding of sales techniques and business development processes
  • Knowledge of Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, Environmental Services, and Surgical Suite applications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Acute Care and B2B companies
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated success and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong drive for success and ability to challenge conventional mindset
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Field-based role in healthcare settings, may require personal protective equipment
  • Extensive travel, including nights and weekends
TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE:
  • $72,000 to $165,000+ (Uncapped) - Compensation varies based on location, skills, experience, and performance
