BASIC FUNCTION:
The Campus Business Office Coordinator reports to the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director and provides essential administrative and clerical support for collecting tuition and other financial related activities.
This position is On-Campus at our Concord, CA location.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Review the Aging Summary Billing report
- Track student past due inschool payments on the Aging Summary Billing report
- Call students to discuss their pastdue student account
- Maintain a detailed call log, record promises, and schedule followup
- Positive attitude when discussing resolution options
- Maintain full confidentiality of all financial and legal matters related to the Company and the students
- Prepare collection report for Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director to review
- Assist with related special projects, as required
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Associates Degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of administrative duties
- Knowledge of Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheet
Hourly Pay Range:
$20-23/hr
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
