BASIC FUNCTION:


The Campus Business Office Coordinator reports to the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director and provides essential administrative and clerical support for collecting tuition and other financial related activities.

This will be accomplished through consistent communication with the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director. The position requires a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

This position is On-Campus at our Concord, CA location.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Review the Aging Summary Billing report
  • Track student past due inschool payments on the Aging Summary Billing report
  • Call students to discuss their pastdue student account
  • Maintain a detailed call log, record promises, and schedule followup
  • Positive attitude when discussing resolution options
  • Maintain full confidentiality of all financial and legal matters related to the Company and the students
  • Prepare collection report for Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director to review
  • Assist with related special projects, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Associates Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of administrative duties
  • Knowledge of Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheet

Hourly Pay Range:
$20-23/hr

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
