Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist guests, players, and Slot Hosts promptly and professionally
- Explain the Bally's Rewards program thoroughly
- Promote the Bally's Rewards program to new casino guests
- Evaluate play and provide complementary amenities following guidelines
- Utilize the Player Tracking System efficiently
- Stay updated on Slot and Table Games activities
- Enter player information into the database and issue player cards
- Follow company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Certifications and Licenses:
Must obtain a Colorado Gaming Support License
