Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass:

  • Delivering exceptional service to guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Managing reservations and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Collecting necessary information for room guarantees.
  • Performing various hotel-related tasks as needed.
  • Keeping management informed of any guest issues.
  • Executing night audit duties if assigned to the overnight shift.
  • Maximizing revenue through effective reservation strategies.
  • Providing guests with information about local attractions and events.
  • Coordinating with the Player Development team for reservations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of messages and packages for guests.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all company matters.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
