Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist guests with reservations and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Collect necessary information to secure room bookings, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Perform various hotel-related tasks as needed, including call center duties.
  • Maintain communication with the Hotel Services Supervisor regarding any issues.
  • Conduct night audit duties if assigned to the overnight shift, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions and events.
  • Support the Player Development team with reservation requests and inquiries.
  • Manage group bookings, including coordination with other departments.
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
