Magna Corporate is looking for a Manager, Procurement Reporting & Controlling to join their team in the Troy Office. As part of a global mobility technology company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timeliness and correctness of key procurement reports and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure financial credibility of procurement functions
  • Develop steering system (Dashboard)
  • Monitor leading and lagging indicators
  • Handle reporting (including automation) in collaboration with procurement functions
  • Save tracking, validation, and functional ownership of the Saving Tracking Tool
  • Budget and handle forward commitment alignment (Category Matrix and Cost Reimbursement Contracts Controlling)
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner aggregating plan data and future developments while aligning group level breakdowns of spend forward commitment procurement
  • Act as Project Controller for Corporate and cross-group initiatives
  • Own Target Costing Process and database; align with other group functions
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in Purchasing/Plant Controlling and Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles, inventory management techniques, and procurement strategies
  • Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
