Job Title: Report Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Report Specialist to join our team at The Robison Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for compiling reports, generating invoices, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile reports following established formatting and reporting protocols
  • Generate invoices for clients based on their rates and specifications
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and goals
  • Enter data into our database following established protocols
  • Deliver reports and invoices to clients as scheduled
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications:
  • Degree in English or liberal arts preferred
  • One year of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
