We are on the lookout for a dynamic Cash/ Treasury Service Manager to join our financial management and accounting team:

  • Managing treasury functions such as nurturing banking relationships and negotiating service fees.
  • Introducing new bank technologies to enhance cash management operations.
  • Administering Preloaded Debit Card (Petty Cash) solution.
  • Handling the preparation of Operating Funding Draw Requests.
  • Collaborating with the AP Supervisor on the weekly check run.
  • Managing receipts, disbursements, banking operations, and safeguarding of funds and financial instruments.
  • Processing bank activities like positive pay, ACH/wire/bank transfers, and receipts related to lenders and owners.
  • Leading fraud protection and investigations.


Requirements:
AA in Accounting, Finance, or Business with over 3 years of relevant experience.


Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Yardi experience is beneficial.
