Position Overview:

This Sales Representative role involves working closely with the Area Sales Manager to drive sales and merchandising efforts. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and have experience in beverage sales and merchandising.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper representation of Atomic Brands' products in retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and distributors to expand brand presence.
  • Maintain consistent communication to prioritize the Atomic Brands portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to grow distribution and enhance business.
  • Participate in retail tastings and events.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Effective selling and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in working independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel.

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • College degree.
  • Prior experience in beverage sales or merchandising.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 plus bonus potential, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and benefits.
