  • Delivery and Surrender of Tenant Premises - Deliver tenant spaces at lease execution and complete walk-throughs at lease expiration
  • Maintenance Requests - Facilitate maintenance requests from tenants and respond accordingly
  • Vendor Contracts - Prepare and negotiate service contracts with vendors and providers
  • Insurance Compliance - Confirm vendor and tenant insurance compliance
  • Property Records - Maintain up-to-date records for property inspections, including fire, fire sprinkler, and backflow
  • CAM Reconciliations - Assist the Property Controller with timely completion of CAM reconciliations
  • Communication - Maintain communication with ownership and the leasing team regarding new leases, renewals, and amendments
  • Property Transitions - Facilitate property transitions alongside the Property Management Coordinator
  • Tenant Estoppel & SNDA - Coordinate with the Accounting Department
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
  • Yardi or related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Communication proficiencies
