Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop, write, and design engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Scheduling and Publishing: Scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.

Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; engage with our audience by responding in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media metrics.

Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; propose new ideas for content and campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
