Qualifications

  • 2+ years Experience in business administration and coordinating logistics with partners (preferred) And
  • 2+ years Experience in policy research, specifically preparing, editing, and modifying documents including research reports, manuscripts, presentations and proposals (preferred) And
  • 1+ years Experience in grant writing and implementation of grantfunded projects (preferred) And
  • 1+ years Experience in facilitating communityengaged meetings and relationship building (preferred) And
  • 1+ years Experience creating and managing newsletters, social media content, and other publicfacing communications materials (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of municipal climate action and adaptation planning processes. (required)
  • Working knowledge of MailChimp, social media platforms, and/or Squarespace. (required)
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (required)
  • Demonstrates ability to use sound judgement in responding to issues and concerns. (required)
  • Proficient in ability to multitask with demanding timeframes (preferred)
