Adams Group is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to join their team. As an Estimating Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Preconstruction and Construction Department by providing essential project-related information and ensuring efficient communication among all parties involved.

**Overview:**
The Estimating Coordinator position at Adams Group entails various responsibilities aimed at maintaining accurate and organized construction information, fostering effective communication, and building strong relationships with contractors for estimating proposals.

**Primary Job Duties:**
- Upload and Download files from the internet
- Conduct internet research and utilize necessary technology/software
- Update vendor/subcontractor information on the company database
- Assist in the prequalification of vendor/subcontractors
- Proofread and assemble final proposals and bid submissions
- Maintain document control and ensure accuracy in information release
- Provide general assistance to estimating and construction staff
- Handle project administration tasks such as scheduling, document control, and meeting coordination
- Communicate project information effectively to clients and the project team
- Identify and propose process improvements

**Qualifications:**
- Working towards a degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the construction industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project scheduling and document control
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Document Control Programs
