About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Garnishment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with garnishment processes and a strong familiarity with ADP SmartCompliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process all aspects of employee wage garnishments.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local garnishment laws and regulations.
Utilize ADP SmartCompliance to process and monitor garnishments efficiently.
Collaborate with payroll and human resources departments to address garnishment-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all garnishment cases.
Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders regarding garnishment issues.
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years in garnishment processing.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ADP SmartCompliance.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or additional education is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
