Key Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Bartender, your primary duties will include:

• Crafting exquisite beverages using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique garnishes.

• Engaging with guests and taking beverage orders directly or through restaurant servers.

• Preparing cocktails and other drinks according to established standards.

• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing bar area to enhance drink preparation and promote beverage offerings.

• Providing insightful recommendations on wine selections and serving wine with proper techniques.

• Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative mixers and garnishes.

• Verifying guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.

• Managing cash transactions and adhering to all cash handling protocols.

• Ensuring the bar is well-stocked and prepared for service, including inventory management.

• Serving food items to guests seated at the bar as needed.

• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including current promotions.

• Upholding cleanliness and organization in the work area, including routine cleaning tasks.

• Participating in mandatory meetings and training sessions.

• Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience.

• In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.

• Ability to create unique and timely drink offerings.

• Strong understanding of wine varieties and service techniques.

• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service.

• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Must possess a valid email for communication with management.
