ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Amazon Account Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Amazon accounts to ensure peak performance and contribute significantly to our sales growth. Your expertise in Amazon Ads management, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), and SFP programs will be instrumental in boosting our brand's visibility and success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account to drive growth and boost sales;
- Implement efficient FBA strategies, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of Prime's operational standards for quality operations and customer satisfaction;
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance product exposure and accelerate sales growth on Amazon;
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, seize growth opportunities, and implement high-quality sales tactics;
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align Amazon strategies with broader company objectives;
- Stay updated on Amazon's evolving regulations and market trends to keep our strategies at the forefront and effective;
- Act as an in-house Amazon account operator, providing insights and recommendations to elevate our brand recognition in the market;
- Handle customer service queries efficiently, resolving questions related to accounts promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts with a focus on sales growth;
- Thorough understanding of FBA, Prime's charters, and Amazon's marketing tools;
- Strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data and guide decision-making;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail;
- Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms for optimizing Amazon listings and conducting market research is a plus.
