About the Operations Team

The Operations team oversees our global distribution network, ensuring the authentication of our products, order fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers. With a focus on technological advancements and logistical excellence, this team is dedicated to maintaining our reputation as the most reliable marketplace in the industry, handling millions of products for buyers and sellers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record issues and liaise with sellers and buyers to achieve optimal resolutions in line with marketplace policies.
  • Resolve orders within the fulfillment process to ensure they are returned to the flow for same-day dispatch.
  • Gain insights into product conditions, particularly those categorized as "issues" by company standards.
  • Efficiently select products from inventory and manage specific returns and orders for customers and sellers.
  • Quickly and accurately capture images of products.
  • Understand the company's order statuses to assist in managing escalated orders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in direct customer and supplier interactions.
  • Ability to operate carts, dollies, and other equipment for moving merchandise.
  • A fast learner, self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to manage increasing responsibilities.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
  • Ability to lift and transport boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.

The compensation range for this position is provided below, along with benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the compensation range, various factors are considered, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
