RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review setup specification and staffing schedule to determine proper set-up
  • Inspect equipment, while checking parts for any damage, or leakage
  • Assembles equipment according to product run, including performing lockout/tagout as required
  • Conducts first piece inspection to ensure conformance to product specifications
  • Conducts operational audits every 15 minutes throughout production to ensure proper product specifications
  • Operate equipment at the end of the Pure Link Line
  • Perform final inspection of products before sending to the Warehouse
  • Report any product deficiencies to the area supervisor
  • Operate power jack equipment
  • Lockout/tagout equipment as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about CCP
  • Use AX software to add finished goods inventory and for raw materials inventory controls
  • Be willing to be cross trained within department to cover responsibilities if required
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos in English
  • Must have basic mathematical skills
  • Capable of using basic software programs related to AX
  • Capable of regularly lifting and /or move up to 70 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work on production floor; a wet, cold, and loud environment
  • Previous blending experience is highly preferred
  • Candidate must be willing and able to learn every position in department to be able to cover any position when needed
