Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, with a passion for fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
  • Assist with new member sign-ups, tours, and responding to member questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
