About the Role:
- Recruit qualified prospective students and applicants within an assigned territory to achieve recruitment goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential students through various communication channels.
- Assist students with the application process and degree exploration.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with businesses and organizations to drive enrollment.
- Contribute to inquiry generation strategies and recruitment events.
- Participate in admission staff meetings, training programs, and planning retreats.
- Offer input for department goals and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree with experience in customer service, recruitment, or sales.
- Preferred: Four years of sales or business-to-business marketing experience.
