Position Summary:

  • Oversee projects and personnel to enhance WSB's Construction Services footprint
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field professionals with expertise in Construction and Contract Management
  • Deliver project management and supervision on a variety of construction initiatives and agreements, including proposal creation, team leadership, and client engagement
  • Engage in contract management responsibilities, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project record-keeping
  • Possess a thorough understanding of State and Federal Contract Management protocols
  • Contribute to WSB's Construction and Design Build Services Group to ensure successful project execution and comprehensive documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota or have the capability to secure licensure within six months
  • Familiarity with material characteristics, MnDOT standards, and contract management practices
  • Experience in project oversight, client relations, and team leadership
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in diverse weather conditions, and navigate varied terrains
