Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide a warm welcome by greeting guests in person, managing incoming calls, and addressing email inquiries.
  • Support the University of Mary switchboard and assist Welcome Center visitors.
  • Coordinate departmental schedules, manage inventory of supplies and promotional materials, draft correspondence, and maintain records.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings, including room reservations, catering arrangements, travel logistics, and expense reconciliation.
  • Facilitate campus visits and events coordination.
  • Input data into business systems, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and document standard operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School diploma is mandatory
  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required
  • Preferred: Five years of related experience
  • Commitment to the Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine mission of the University of Mary
  • Support for the principles outlined in Ex Corde Ecclesiae, regarding Catholic higher education.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality in the Office of Enrollment Management, aligned with the teachings of Saint Benedict.
