Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's systems, processes, and capabilities to drive talent management and leadership development. This is essential to ensure the organization is equipped to achieve its long-term strategy and growth plans.

The Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Partner collaborates closely with the HRD to enhance the candidate experience, optimize talent decisions for the right role fit, enforce standardization in the assessment process, and promote continuous talent development throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role covers the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development: from sourcing, onboarding, and integrating new hires into the company culture to offboarding when necessary.

The individual will act as the team's brand and culture ambassador, actively showcasing our employee value proposition to potential candidates through various channels like outreach, events, and talent marketing.

In partnership with the HRD, the role involves contributing to the development and implementation of learning & development strategies and tools, ensuring that associates have ample opportunities to enhance their skills and grow.


Essential Job Functions:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and staff-level positions.
  • Devise strategies to attract top talent to the organization, including decisions on job boards, postings, and budget management.
  • Assess and update applicant tracking technologies as needed.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local universities, graduate school programs, and other partnerships to establish talent pipelines.
  • Standardize recruiting communications and streamline the hiring process across the organization.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers, candidates, and third-party vendors, if required.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions that align with critical competencies and company values.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly recruiting reports and employee trends, ensuring key metrics like time to fill and attrition are met.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on salary budgets and sourcing compensation data to stay competitive in the market.
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive employee onboarding experience.
  • Enhance leadership capabilities and disseminate them throughout the organization.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for continuous learning and development within the company.
  • Oversee compliance, regulatory strategies, and reporting including AAP, I-9, EEO, Pre-Employment processes, OFCCP outreach, and other requirements.
  • Lead the company's benefits program in its entirety.
  • Work in conjunction with HR Business Partners to process payroll for the organization.

Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or organization development, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive recruiting experience either in-house or with a recruiting agency.
Proficiency in recruitment ATS systems and tools.
Proven success in implementing innovative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates.
Extensive experience in developing talent development, training, or learning programs for different levels of leadership.
Strong coaching, communication, program development, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills.
Thorough understanding of managing candidate and hiring manager experiences in recruitment and onboarding.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines through effective project management.
Familiarity with standard HR practices, employment laws, and government compliance regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Bilingualism - fluency in Spanish is a plus.
