The Office Services Associate is accountable for all support functions for assigned areas.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivery and pick up mail and packages
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keep inventory of supplies
  • Assist end users with mail and shipping protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality when shredding documents
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of print work
  • Support maintenance of office equipment
  • Report and address facilities issues
  • Monitor and restock pantry supplies
  • Distribute firm-wide communications
  • Assist in workspace setup for new employees
  • Support meeting arrangements
  • Provide reception coverage when necessary
  • Order and manage food for meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness of office spaces
  • Assist with audio/visual equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other team members as needed
  • Work overtime for special projects
  • Perform all assigned duties efficiently

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Knowledge of audio/visual equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
