Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with site teams, landlords, and vendors to ensure seamless office operations
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and requests simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion
  • Implement small and large projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with internal and external customers to meet their needs and expectations
  • Assist with office planning, space management, and furniture procurement, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment
  • Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiation, vendor performance monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with utility companies to resolve power outages and other urgent issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Support field offices remotely, minimizing travel costs and ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with Corporate Security to respond to emergency situations, ensuring the safety and security of our staff and facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our office services team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, space planning, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of business processes, including experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
