As an Infrastructure Engineer, your responsibilities include:

- Managing work packages in collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations teams.

- Providing guidance to ensure software and services are designed, tested, documented, and maintained according to quality standards.

- Offering Tier 3 service and performance management for critical systems.

- Responding to performance alerts and analyzing data to identify and resolve issues.

- Assisting in the selection and deployment of technologies and processes.


The ideal candidate should have experience in:
  • - VMWare Virtualization and Azure Administration
  • - Priority protocol and cyber-related verbiage
  • - Intermediate level Microsoft Experience
