Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver exceptional customer service
  • 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems
  • Professional IT Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP are highly desirable
