Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist/lead converter.

This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted and will be responsible for establishing and executing best practices around lead conversion of all online and inbound telephone leads.

Additional projects and tasks will be assigned by the office manager or medical provider.

Duties:

  • Manage and track all communication with potential patient leads utilizing the Advantage Lead Management System.
  • Build potential patients' interest in the services and products offered by Medi-Weightloss Clinics
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact lists and followup with customers to continue relationships.
  • Develop, write, and update patient call scripts.
  • Perform benefits verification with each patient prospect.
  • Work with various digital marketing tools and platforms to manage leads and schedule assessments.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on process improvements as well as changes to scripts.
  • Provide feedback to the rest of the marketing team on sales, funnel effectiveness, and conversion results.
  • Monitoring key metrics and maintaining conversion rates for the business.

Skills:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident, positive team player

Medical Experience preferred.
