  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Individual Giving to devise effective strategies for engaging major and planned gift donors.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and Advancement Team members to develop targeted campaign initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of prospective donors to ensure successful qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of gifts.
  • Implement personalized strategies to solicit major and planned gifts, leveraging your expertise in gift planning.
  • Oversee the planned giving program, including communication strategies and vendor relations.
  • Create compelling gift proposals that highlight the school's priorities and fundraising objectives.
  • Document all donor interactions and progress towards fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Team to provide top-tier stewardship to donors.
  • Attend Advancement meetings and school events as needed.
  • Work in coordination with School Advancement staff for effective communication and synergy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD/CPA preferred.
  • Minimum five years of fundraising experience, with expertise in major and planned gifts.
  • Proven track record in face-to-face solicitations and managing volunteer partners.
  • Knowledge of educational fundraising and experience with moves management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM databases.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Local travel may be required.
