Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Credit Union's values and Service Standards
- Maintain a positive member service focus at all times
- Ensure confidentiality of member information
- Support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Develop a deep understanding of insurance systems and underwriting guidelines
- Conduct policy reviews and offer enhanced coverage to clients
- Handle client calls, process changes, and provide insurance advice
- Collaborate with team members to process client documents efficiently
- Document all interactions regarding coverage
- Update carrier information and maintain communication with insurance providers
- Enter new prospects into the system
- Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, insurance background preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer applications and software programs
- Property and Casualty Insurance licenses required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to make quick decisions independently
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Bondable

Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the President of GreenState Insurance and does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
