The Senior Program Manager will be
  • Responsible for establishing structure, driving results, and reporting status across the Production Technology (Prod Tech) AI portfolio
    • Project manage AI initiatives from initiation to deployment

    • portfolio is composed of AI initiatives in early (Discovery, POC etc.) & late-stage delivery (Development, Launch etc.)
  • Establishing portfolio frameworks (intake, prioritization, benefit realization, key deliverables/templates)

  • working with a PMTO VP to successfully manage and complete project deliverables.

  • supporting the Prod Tech team in driving projects on a day-to-day basis.
You will have:
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of established Program/Project Delivery or Program/Project Management experience.

    • 9 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.

    • 2+ years in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred ++

    • with Production Technology is a plus++

    • in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
  • strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc)

  • with ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Understanding and practical application of agile/waterfall methodology
