Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs for construction projects, machinery, equipment, and facilities utilizing manuals like Handy-Whitman and Marshall & Swift
  • Analyze technical documentation, engineering drawings, construction plans, and site specifications
  • Consolidate data ensuring completeness, reliability, and accuracy
  • Generate blueprints, quantity takeoffs, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Participate in on-site visits
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work outputs
  • Engage with clients for research and information requisites
  • Cultivate positive and professional client relationships
