We are looking for professional Escalations Representatives who are eager to resolve client issues. As an Escalations Representative, you will act as a point of contact, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers by resolving issues by investigating issues and gathering details regarding claims and complaints regarding billing, contract terms, pay-off requests, etc.
- Educate customers regarding additional service options
- Take all appropriate steps to resolve escalated issues
- Maintains ongoing communication with internal departments to obtain information and/or provide updates regarding escalation cases
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints through social media and survey channels
- Diligently follows-up with customers via email and phone calls to provide resolution
Qualifications
- 2+ year CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ year ESCALATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional use of MS suite (Excel, Word) and SalesForce CRM
- Exceptional Attendance
- Excellent communication and written skills

- Ability to understand complex concepts
