SUMMARY


Havtech is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing strategies that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, and customer engagement.

This position will involve planning, organizing, and managing all marketing functions in a consistent manner to achieve the company's objectives as well as drive profitable growth in new and existing markets.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop unique marketing strategies, objectives, goals, and tactics that support the business, financial goals, and drive brand awareness.
Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize, build capabilities, and execute opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
Integrate departmental strategies and efforts to ensure focus on business objectives and key messages.
Manage all marketing efforts including branding, public relations, and online marketing.
Monitor the business and brand to identify progressive opportunities and issues with branding.
Maintain budgets efficiently and effectively following business processes.
Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.
Lead and aid in the development of a talented and highly effective marketing team.
Key stakeholder in Havtech Learning Institute to ensure to the development of customers.
Enable our sales and business development teams.
Conduct and analyze internal and external market research to identify marketing trends.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
include the following.

Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Have 10 years of Marketing and Sales management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Must have basic PC experience in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Web-enabled applications and database software and intermediate level experience with Excel.

Exceptional written, verbal, and professional presentation skills.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet competing deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales, and business development.
Knowledge and experience in the HVAC/Construction industry highly preferred.
Results-oriented, organized, and able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
