In this role, you will serve as a reliable consultant for customers visiting our Trane Supply stores, addressing parts or equipment issues, providing high-quality solutions, processing orders, and handling inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers at the counter and over the phone to understand their needs, provide timely solutions, and offer HVAC parts & supply expertise. - Stay updated on Trane products, promotions, and offerings to recommend related items and enhance sales. - Ensure accurate quote and order management processes to expedite fulfillment and maintain customer satisfaction. - Support warehouse and inventory tasks including cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and inventory control; occasional forklift operation and lifting may be required. Requirements: - GED or High School Diploma - Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on service and safety - Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, retail, or related fields; HVAC knowledge is a plus - Demonstrated ability in building customer relationships and delivering professional service even in challenging circumstances. Compensation: Starting at $50,000 and higher based on experience, with overtime eligibility and an incentive plan. We provide competitive pay, benefits, and comprehensive programs.
