Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and operating large doors.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks daily, including sweeping and mopping interior spaces, and ensuring exterior grounds are tidy and free of debris.
