Responsibilities:
Manage product processes from conception through commercialization for the Earthwise brand and custom orders.
Partner with factories to execute product specifications; engineer product to meet cost and function requirements.
Consult and analyze customer data to prepare initial product specifications and costing template.
Use product knowledge and creativity to lead high level solutions to complex product issues.
Collaborate with Sales Dept. on costing requests to meet target margins and customer specifications.
Source, coordinate, and prepare final technical specifications for final cost and purchase order submittal.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree specializing in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or Design preferred
3+ years of product development and/or production or combination of both in the Apparel/Accessories industry, experience in both foreign and domestic markets preferred.
Experience in various forms of printing (screen, roller, heat transfer, etc.).Proficient in:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Smartsheets.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills.
Must be a problem solver and demonstrate good critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter, adapts quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Earthwise CA salary range:
$75K - $85K based on experience, education, and geographic location.
