As a Home Care Aide/Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide care and supervision to clients, reporting updates to supervisors as needed
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized care plans
  • Maintain a safe and healthy living environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assist with medication reminders and respite care as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • First Aid/CPR training is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required
